Skilled at creating full sounding orchestrations which artistically blend acoustic timbres with electronic sounds for a tightly integrated use of technology with traditional orchestration techniques.

Arrangements for all instrumentations with a focus on piano and piano/vocal arrangements.

Private instruction available in MainStage and in piano performance.

Jeff Marder is in demand as an electronic music designer, keyboardist, and conductor for Broadway, touring, and regional productions.
His electronic music design credits include Disney’s Aladdin, Finding Neverland (ART, Broadway, and National Tour), Beauty and the Beast (National and International Tours), Leap of Faith (Broadway), Priscilla Queen of the Desert (Toronto, Broadway, National Tour), Disney’s Newsies, Ride the Cyclone (Off-Broadway), Witness Uganda / Invisible Thread (ART, Off-Broadway), The Lion King (National Tour), Disney’s The Little Mermaid (Broadway, Tokyo), Shrek (Broadway, National Tour), The Little Mermaid Live at the Hollywood Bowl, and many others.
Playing/conducting credits include The Book of Mormon (Broadway), Wicked (Broadway, Los Angeles, National Tour), Disney’s Aladdin (Tokyo), The Radio City Christmas Spectacular (Radio City Music Hall), The Tony Awards, Cirque du Soleil’s O (Las Vegas), and a piano concerto debut at age twelve with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
In his spare time, Jeff loves international travel, finding creative uses for frequent flier points, and studying foreign languages. He is also an avid Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner and competitor currently training under Vitor Shaolin Ribeiro in NYC.
