A Guide to Negotiating Your Synth Programming Contract

As an electronic music designer for Broadway productions, I’ve negotiated and papered many contracts both with and without the assistance of an attorney. Regardless of whether one uses legal representation and regardless of the size and budget of the production, the guiding principles of what should be involved in the agreement are generally the same.
